"Full Moon Manifestations" 6"x8" standing acrylic sandwiched transparency

$45.00

“Full Moon Manifestations” Photographic collage. 2023.

Our lives make up a series of powerful stories. On the first full moon of 2023 on Friday January 6th during one of my daily beach walks I felt compelled to stop at a particular spot on the beach I never had before. In that moment of stalling I had a vision of myself as a fetus in the womb of a moon, a snapshot of my life perhaps or manifestation for the year. I saw the crisp view of the sky and water break apart into shapes and voids. It was almost a new way of seeing, a shift in perspective or dimension. Reflecting on my visions I immediately returned home and had to make my vision visually. Looking back at this piece, I can feel the impact of this vision even more. My life had transformed the most than it ever had in my entire life that year. I felt finally much more in my truth, my authenticity and myself. It was a beautiful revelation and though there was much darkness and suffering through the year till now, I am grateful for it, grateful for it all. It is essential to me and my life to turn darkness, visions and revelations into art. A life sustenance almost. What a beautiful thing it is to shift one’s perspective and to finally feel your light.
